In our last post, we shared that only 7% of leaders know how to consistently use both success-oriented and satisfaction-oriented approaches. The big question is why?

We all have a bias towards satisfaction-oriented approaches or success-oriented approaches. **What is your bias?**

**As conditions change, leaders must adapt their approach.** Do you? How? If you don’t have a model or guide, you are probably underperforming your effort.

Identifying the root cause informs whether you should be primarily focused on success or satisfaction. **Do you know the factor that drives that decision?**

 

Our research shows that **93%** **of leaders** don’t know how to consistently use both success-oriented **and **satisfaction-oriented approaches.
