The most effective leaders understand that there are two types of leadership approaches required to sustain high performance.

**The first approach is Success-oriented. **

**The second type of leadership approach is Satisfaction-oriented. **

 

It’s about engagement, involvement, commitment, and enjoyment. Done effectively satisfaction-oriented approaches build commitment, strengthen morale, and solidify dedication, loyalty and passion.
